Hello,

I am based in London and have just gone through modules 0 and 1. Just starting module 2 now. I aim to complete the course by mid September, as I have signed up for the 300 YTT online too and must complete it by the end of the year.

I had not practiced at all for years, so this is a challenge. I am not big on social media and have never posted a video, so that is going to be fun!

How are you finding it? Did it take you long to get through the first two modules? I have just finished module zero and I’m starting module 1.

I am definitely feeling a bit nervous about the videos already too. Have you done any of yours yet? I think shavasana is the first one.

I have just started doing yoga again this year too after a year or two break, so am a bit rusty too!

I’m currently in the wye valley symonds yat. Started my course end of June while we’re at our cottage for a few months here. Just finished Module 0 and 1. Trying to do it in between looking after my 3 year old son.

Wow, that is hard work- I trained to be a teacher long distance when my son was around that age. Long days and long nights!

Sounds peaceful in the Wye Valley though.

Have they added you to a study group yet? I’m currently at an airbnb in Cornwall ploughing through module 1!
