Hello to you all. I’ve just begun the lessons, finishing Module 0 and beginning with the first lesson of Module 1. My name is Kalliopi, I’m 55 years old and I come from Athens, Greece. I’ve never had a teaching Yoga experience before. I’ve only attended lessons as a student. I would like to communicate with the teacher of the group and get some guidance on how we will begin with our first Zoom call and the steps ahead. I’ve read and noted all the information, but I would appreciate some guidance. Have a great day you all!!! 🙂🙏

Hello there! Have you been assinged to a study group? When you are, you will know who your teacher is and you can ask in your study group or directly to your teacher. It takes some time and I was also a little confused and eager to have more info at the begining. If you haven´t been assigned to your student group yet, give it time 😊 if you have already, you can contact your teacher or students of your same study group. Good luck!
