Hello everyone, thank you so much for having me! Please feel free to connect with me. I have a quick question about OM. When we are doing it, what kind of breath should we be concentrating on – a belly breath? Or does OM have its own kind of breath? I understand the 3 parts and feeling the vibration move up through you on the exhale. Just wondering about pulling the breath down on the inhale. I’m pulling down into my belly like a belly breath but wondering if these should be considered the same thing or different. Thank you
