How Does it All Work?

300-Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training- Theory Part

This 300-Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training is designed to support your growth through a balance of self-paced online study and an immersive on-site training experience in Bali or Thailand.

The program offers depth in both yoga practice and theory, allowing you to integrate knowledge gradually while benefiting from in-person guidance and embodied learning during the on-site portion.

Program Structure

Online Component (Self-Paced)

The online component covers the theoretical foundation of the training and is fully self-paced, allowing you to study according to your own schedule.

Online learning includes:

• Video lessons and educational resources
  
• Reading materials and manuals
  
• Topics such as yoga history, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, teaching methodology, ethics, and yoga business
  

Certification Requirements

To receive your 300 Hours Hybrid – Theory Part Certificate,
You will have to complete the following:

• Complete 100% of all course modules, including Module 0.
• Complete all quizzes throughout the course.
• Complete the Theory Exams, which include:
• The Final Written Quiz (4 parts ) in the module 56.
• A Final Essay on your Yoga Journey with House of Om (minimum 800 words).
• Fill out the Completion Form.

Before You Start

Once you join the course, you will receive a welcome email with access to the online platform.

Before attending the on-site training, you are encouraged to:

• Familiarise yourself with the course materials
  
• Explore the modules and lessons
  
• Begin your self-study journey
  

⚠️ Important!


You may complete the online (theory) part either before or after the on-site training

• To receive the full 300-Hour Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate during the graduation ceremony, all online (theory) requirements must be fully completed and officially confirmed before the on-site practical training begins.

• If the on-site training has started and the online (theory) certificate has not yet been obtained, only the in-person training certificate will be issued at the graduation ceremony.
  
  
• After the on-site training has concluded, you may continue completing the online (theory) component. Once both components have been completed and officially verified, the full 300-Hour Yoga Alliance certificate will be sent via email.

This preparation allows you to make the most of your on-site experience.

After-Graduation Support

After graduation, you will:

• Maintain access to all course materials
