Journaling

Why Keep a Journal?

Journaling throughout this yoga teacher training is part of your course (reflection). As you learn, you will record your thoughts, feelings, and reactions to all of the information presented to you in the training. If you wish, record it separately to your own journal.

Often times, students find that as they are moving through the lessons, new ideas are triggered. Putting those thoughts on paper can be very helpful for you later on. A few years down the road once you come back to your notes you will be amazed by what you journaled during the 300 hours teacher training. So get yourself a notebook, sharpen the pen and start this beautiful journey.
