Vinyasa Flow. Find Your Balance

This introductory vinyasa class is designed to build focus, balance, and coordinated movement with breath. The practice integrates traditional Hatha foundations with fluid vinyasa sequencing, emphasizing Ujjayi breathing with internal So–Ham awareness, steady drishti, and mindful transitions. The class progressively prepares the body through kriya, pranayama, and warm-ups before moving into standing balance and twisting postures, and concludes with deep rest.
