I am a mother, a wife, a preschool teacher, and a movement enthusiast. I’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years and I’ve been learning through different platforms for my personal improvement. I am also a parkour practitioner since 2014 then recently during the lockdown, I started exploring on calisthenics as well.
I love sharing my passion for movement. I teach yoga to children through stories and games in our school, sadly we have to do this online right now.
Movement has helped me to become more mindful and resilient in general.
