| Your bio | I first stepped onto a yoga mat 10yrs ago when my best friend asked me to attend a yoga class with her, it was a flow class. From then on, I started going to yoga classes but was never committed or consistent until I suffered from a chronic back pain back in 2015 and my physiotherapist advised me to follow some exercises to manage the pain on a daily basis…and my love for yoga began. |
