| Your bio | Hi, I’m Simona. I live in Dubai for 8 years and a half now working as a flight attendant but currently I’m in Romania, I have unpaid leave. I wanted to take the advantage of this free time and do something interesting that helps me grow. I was always a fan of active sports, I did judo, handball, basketball, I like to go to the gym, I start playing tennis beginning of this year. I have to admit that yoga was something strange and weird for me at the beginning. I’m not a pro like most of you here, I’m just going for classes once in a while but because I start enjoying it so much and because I realize it helps me with my back problems a lot, I wanted to learn more. I’m just discovering the spiritual part of yoga, I found out that meditation and Yoga Nidra calms me and grounds me. I hope I can keep up with everybody and manage to complete this course successfully.
