  • ‘Trianga’ refers to 3 parts:
    ‘Mukha’ is Face or Facing
    ‘Eka’ is 1
    ‘Pada’ is Leg
    ‘Paschimottanasana’ is a Forward fold
    So it means, 3-part facing 1-legged forward fold
  • This is a good stretch for the hamstrings
