Veerabhadrasana B
- ‘Veerabhadra’ was a mythical warrior created by Shiva (refer the myth under Veerabhadrasana A)
- Veerabhadrasana B is a modern variation of the classical Veerabhadrasana, where the focus is on lower body strength as the flexibility and balance needed for Veerabhadrasana A are quite difficult. So by eliminating the backward bend, one can focus on lower body stability and strength.
