Opening ceremony

Welcome to the House of Om community!
 

Congratulations on choosing to dive deeper into the world of Yoga. You’ve made a powerful, life-changing decision to nurture your health, well-being, and inner growth.

Let’s begin this journey with a small but meaningful ceremony.

Light a candle.
This candle represents the fire that will burn away obstacles along your path. Let it be a symbol of clarity, courage, and transformation.

Set your intention.
Take a piece of paper and a pen. Sit quietly, breathe deeply, and reflect on your intention. Write it down. Feel it fully, as if it’s already manifesting—let it resonate through your entire being.

As you chant or listen to our teacher, Peewee, allow yourself to connect deeply with these intentions. This is your moment to ignite the inner fire, release what no longer serves you, and open the door to transformation.

We’re delighted to share this special rite with you.
