Opening ceremony

Welcome to House Of Om community and congratulations on your choice to dive deeper into the world of Yoga and Meditation. You have made a life-changing decision to improve your health and well-being.

Let’s have a little ceremony to start you on your journey.

The first thing you need to do is to Light a candle.
This candle symbolizes the burning of all the obstacles that might be on the way of your path.
The next thing you need is a piece of paper and a pen. Once you are ready, sit in silence and think about your intention, and write it down. Sit and feel these intentions as if they are already happening for you, feel them on a cellular level.
While chanting or listening to the teacher – Peewee, feel your intentions deeply.
The transformation of soul and consciousness starts with the awakening of the fire inside and burning away all that doesn’t serve you.
