   Dear Ewa,

   We suggest you to keep home practice log, every-time you’ve been practicing. As we strongly suggest to you keep on journaling throughout this yoga teacher training is strongly recommended. As you learn, try to record your thoughts, feelings, and reactions to all of the information presented to you in the training.
